Directions.

From Bovingdon:  Come through Bovingdon towards Chesham on the B4505. Go past The Mount Prison on your right and take the next left sign posted “Ley Hill”. Go along the Ley Hill road, past the Aston Martin Garage and E.H. Smiths (the brickworks). You will see a sign for Pudds Cross, turn left immediately opposite that sign and drive down Shantock Hall Lane. We are on your left – look out for “Hope Vets” signs. Turn left through a big black gate and into a lane. Go past the stables – nearly there – right at the top and you’ve found us!

From Chesham: Head North from the town centre up Broad St. Turn right onto Eskdale Avenue and go up to the top of the hill. You will reach a roundabout, go straight across (2nd exit) and onto the Botley Rd. Follow this road all the way into Ley Hill. Look out for the Church and memorial hall on your right and follow the road around to the left just after this skirting the golf course on your right. The road goes down steeply then climbs again. Look out for a sign for Pudds Cross on your left, turn right immediately opposite that sign and drive down Shantock Hall Lane. We are on your left – look out for “Hope Vets” signs. Turn left through a big black gate and into a lane. Go past the stables – nearly there – right at the top and you’ve found us!

From Hemel Hempstead:  Leave Hemel on the A4251, London Road towards Berkhampstead. Come past the station (on your left). Turn left at the traffic lights towards Bovingdon (B4505). Follow Box Lane into the Hempstead Rd and keep going past the Bobsleigh Hotel. Go straight through the double mini roundabout at the top of the High St and keep going. From Chorleywood and Rickmansworth: Head up the A404 towards Little Chalfont, go past St Clement Danes School (on your Left). Turn right, signed towards Chenies. Go past the Bedford Arms Hotel and bear R around the bend. Follow the Latimer Road down the hill. Follow the road round to the left and start looking out for a narrow lane on the right. Turn right down the lane which goes down steeply then over a humped back bridge. Follow this lane as it winds up hill for approximately 2.5km. You will enter Flaunden and then begin to descend. As you reach the bottom of the hill, look out for signs to the Bricklayers Arms at a crossroads. Turn left at the crossroads opposite the Bricklayers Arms into Hogpits Bottom. Follow this road past all the houses and as it bends right. Keep going past a field then take the next left into Shantock Lane and the first right into Shantock Hall Lane. We are on the right – look out for “Hope Vets” signs. Turn right through a big black gate and into a lane. Go past the stables – nearly there – right at the top and you’ve found us!

From Sarratt:  Drive through Sarratt heading North with the school and Post Office on your left. Continue past Great Sarratt Hall and down the hill into Belsize. Turn left at The Plough onto Flaunden Lane and keep going until you hit the crossroads just after the Bricklayers Arms. Go straight across this crossroads into Hogpits Bottom. Follow this road past all the houses and as it bends right. Keep going past a field then take the next left into Shantock Lane and the first right into Shantock Hall Lane. We are on the right – look out for “Hope Vets” signs. Turn right through a big black gate and into a lane. Go past the stables – nearly there – right at the top and you’ve found us!
